A comedy podcast featuring New York Stand up comedians Anthony Devito, Brendan Eyre, and Greg Stone. The Rad Dudecast is part wild improv and part off-the-rails comedy writers room, with a heavy dose of satire. How do jokes form? What makes something funny? Find out on the Rad Dudecast. Recorded at Remember2BeHappy Studios in Brooklyn.
Originally from New Jersey, Anthony DeVito is a NYC based comedian. He’s appeared on CBS's The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Comedy Central Stand Up Presents: Anthony DeVito, Comedy Central’s Adam Devine’s House Party, was one of the “New Faces” at the 2012 Montreal Just for Laughs Festival, has been featured on “This American Life,” AXS TV’s Gotham Comedy Live, and was the 2015 winner of Caroline’s March Madness. In addition to stand up, he's written on Netflix’s The Break with Michelle Wolf, as well as the 2018 White House Correspondents Dinner, was a writer/regular panelist on MSG’s People Taking Sports and Other Stuff, has appeared on The Jim Gaffigan Show, is a regular on Sirius XM’s Bennington, and has been published in Timeout NY and The New York Times.
Brendan Eyre is one of New York's top up and coming comedians. He has appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Adam Devine's House Party on Comedy Central, Gotham Comedy Live on AXS TV, and Red Eye on Fox News. He was a New Face of Comedy at the prestigious Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal and is a regular on Sirius Satellite Radio. Brendan headlines clubs throughout the country and is a blue belt in jiu jitsu.
While it’s often said that tragedy plus time equals comedy, it could just as easily be said that enthusiasm minus caution equals comedian Greg Stone. Regarded by his peers as one of the funniest storytellers in New York, Greg is a fixture at many of Manhattan’s top comedy clubs and independent shows, where he shares true stories of the highs and lows caused by his lack of inhibition. Greg has recently performed on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, TruTV’s “Friends of the People,” and AXS TV’s “Gotham Comedy Live.” Bowing to the increasing demand that he be heard and not seen, Greg has also been featured on Sirius/XM Radio’s The Bennington Show, hit podcasts like “Tuesdays with Stories” and not-a-hit-but-still-hilarious podcasts like “The Rad Dudecast,” which Greg co-hosts with Anthony DeVito and Brendan Eyre. Not bad for a guy who spends a good portion of his spare time posing action figures in his bedroom. Ask him politely and he’ll tell you about the time he drunkenly jumped on stage with Michael Bolton.
Becky Rodriguez (Producer)
Directs her talents toward hilighting the careers of stand up comedians. Originally inspired by a neighborhood comedy show, Becky makes uniquely colorful and concise photo essays for comics like Michael Che, Big Jay Oakerson, and Robert Kelly.
She started in 2013 as a shy fan at Bar Matchless, a legendary weekly in Brooklyn, NY. After 3 years of watching she snuck a picture of Michael Che on stage and was approached by producer Becky Astphan to photograph the show. Within a few years she was asked to be tour photographer for Che.
At the same time, Becky’s love for podcasts led her to audition for the Legion of Skanks “Intern Olympics” in which she won the right photograph and and tour with the Skanks. She became friends with one of her favorite stand ups Big Jay, and went on to photograph his show The Bonfire at Sirius XM. The Skanks brought her to The Comedy Store in LA, Bertcast Podcast, and venues across the country.
As her friendships with comics grew, their need for a podcasting studio became apparent. She built a full 6 mic setup in her Brooklyn apartment called Remember 2 Be Happy Studios and began a new adventure. As a producer she helps them manage their social presence and create content for their fans. Her space is a peaceful sanctuary where podcasters are encouraged to try new things.
